These terms are between you and SHORE AI LLC (“we”), which runs WillILive. By using the site you agree to them.

Please read this first. WillILive explains lab results in plain words. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a replacement for your doctor. Always talk with your doctor about what your results mean for you. If you feel unwell or think you may have an emergency, contact your doctor or your local emergency number right away. Do not wait for a report.

What WillILive does

You add photos or a PDF of a lab report. AI reads it and writes a plain-English explanation, a list of questions to ask your doctor, and a note about what needs attention. You see a free summary first. The full report is a one-time payment per report, shown on the site before you pay.

Things to know about AI

AI can misread a blurry photo or make a mistake. Reference ranges differ between labs, so go by the range printed on your own report. Check anything important against the original report and with your doctor. We do not promise that the explanation is complete or error-free.

Your report and your content

You may only add a report that is yours, or one you have permission to use. You keep all rights to your report. You give us permission to have it read by an AI service for the sole purpose of making your explanation. We delete the explanation as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payment

You pay once for each report, in US dollars, through Stripe. If we cannot read your report, you are not charged. If something goes wrong with your report after you pay, write to us and we will make it right.

Using the site fairly

Do not try to break the site, overload it, or use it to read reports you are not allowed to read. We may limit use to keep the site working for everyone.

Our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not responsible for decisions you make based on the explanation, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report involved. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes, law and contact

We may change these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions? Contact us.
