WillILive is run by SHORE AI LLC (“we”). This page says, in plain words, what we do with what you send us.

What you send us

Your lab report. The photos or PDF you add are sent to an AI service so it can read the report and write the explanation. We do not save your photos or PDF. They are held in memory for that one request and then dropped. We do not log what is in them.

The explanation. The plain-English report the AI writes is saved under a long random code so you can come back to it. If you do not pay, it is deleted after 3 hours. If you pay, it is deleted 24 hours after you pay. You can delete it yourself at any time from the report page. After deletion we keep only a small record (the date and the amount) for up to 30 days, with no report and no email address in it.

Your email address. We ask for it only to send your receipt and the link to your report. It is deleted when the report is deleted.

Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone (if you add it) and your message through a form service, and we use them only to write back.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us whether the payment went through.

The AI service

We use an outside AI service to read and explain your report. We send it only your photos or PDF for that request. We ask it to use them only to answer you.

What we track

We use Google Analytics (with advertising features turned off) and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They do not see your lab report. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Not a health care provider

We are not a doctor, hospital or health plan, so health privacy laws that apply to those (such as HIPAA) do not apply to what you send us. We protect it the way this page describes. Please do not send anyone else’s report without their permission.

Your choices

You can delete your report yourself, right away, from the report page. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by writing to info@shore-ai.com. If you live in California, you have the right to know, delete and correct what we hold, and to not be treated differently for asking.

Children

WillILive is for adults. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
